The best type of heat exchanger depends on the process’s objective, the materials being heated or cooled and the environment. The size of the heat exchanger affects its performance, cost and space requirements. RFMCO will determine the heat transfer surface required to achieve the desired performance, such as outlet temperature and power. We will also consider pressure losses caused by fluid circulation such as friction against the walls. We will ensure the system is safe, even if the pressure on the lower side rises to match the higher side.
