Service & Maintenance
to reduce fuel costs, provide better control of system processes,
and conserve manpower, boilers are increasingly becoming components
of integrated systems. Boilers are not stand-alone devices anymore.
Remote communications links, automatic temperature control, and
energy management systems interface are commonly required. As a
result, and in an effort to help lead the way, we have also become
controls specialists. Many of our sales and service personnel specialize
in this area to ensure that we properly serve our customers needs.
And hopefully to promote new and better ideas. Combining these skills
with our traditional skills required to properly apply and keep
boilers up and running has created a very unique industry where
diversified experience counts. R.F. MacDonald Co. has that experience.

AN AIR QUALITY SOURCE TEST
Since 1978 we have furnished and continue to service several hundred
boiler and burner installations which have included equipment for
the purpose of reducing NOx emissions to levels guaranteed to meet
local air quality requirements. These installations have included
Cleaver Brooks, Nebraska, Ajax, Fulton, H.B. Smith, and Lochinvar
equipment depending on application.
R. F. MacDonald Co. maintains service departments in our Hayward,
Modesto, Brea, Fresno, San Diego, Reno, and Las Vegas offices each
staffed with field service and support personnel. Our multiple locations
with service personnel living in key areas allow fast response for
all areas we serve.
Our preventive maintenance contracts, the Assured Efficiency Program
(AEP), are tailored to provide specific periodic inspections and
service to minimize down time and maximize efficiency. Customers
participating in this program receive a parts discount for all covered
equipment. More about the Assured Efficiency Program (AEP).
Our total commitment to customer satisfaction doesn’t end
with the sale. We schedule periodic training seminars to provide
maximum benefit from your equipment. We will also customize our
sessions for “in house” training at your plant site.
